In der aktuellen Ausbildung sind das Modul 6 und 8.<br>\nIm <strong>Modul 6 ist Brigitte Hilscher Gastdozentin<\/strong> f\u00fcr <strong>systemisches Aufstellen<\/strong>. Ihre Methode ist das Problemstellen online, virtuell oder am Telefon. Coaches die einen systemischen Background haben, k\u00f6nnen an diesem Modul als Fortbildung teilnehmen und die Methode kennenlernen.<\/p>\n<p>Im <strong>Modul 8<\/strong> geht es um das Thema <strong>F\u00fchrung und F\u00fchrungskompetenz<\/strong>. Die Selbsterfahrung steht im Mittelpunkt. Und die Reflektion. Was ist gutes F\u00fchren? Wie unterst\u00fctze ich als Coach Menschen in F\u00fchrungspositionen und wie f\u00fchre ich als Coach. Expertin f\u00fcr F\u00fchrungstraining und Coaching mit Hilfe von Pferden <strong>Friederike Anslinger-Wolf <\/strong>ist hier unsere Gastdozentin.
